Korte beschrijving/Annotatie

Each leap through time returns like a boomerang, revealing hidden selves. A mysterious ancient device drives this fast, immersive blend of science fiction and magical realism for young readers.

Tekst achterflap

Boomerang explores the idea that the first step a person takes toward themselves is an endless circle. The faces you thought you had left behind appear again, years later, in another city. A word, a look, a moment of silence, can change the course of fate. What you believed was gone returns in new forms, and even the longest road eventually brings you back to your own heart. Here, every return becomes a confrontation, every confrontation a doorway, and every doorway leads you deeper into yourself. The boomerang comes back— and so do you, but never as the same person
